Colossians 4

  1. From verses 2-4 what do we see about how/when we should pray and what we should pray about?

  2. Paul wants us to walk in wisdom and have gracious speech toward non-christians so that we make a good case for Christ and answer others well when it comes to sharing Christ. In verse 6 what does it mean to have your speech seasoned with salt?

In verses 7-28, this final section in Colossians, Paul updates the church in Colossae on some people, what they have been doing, how they are doing, that some of them are going to go to them, and gives their greetings. Then Paul ends with a few commands for the Colossians as to what they should do next. From verses 7-9 Why did Paul send Tychicus and Onesimus to the Colossians?

  4. From verses 10-14, why does Paul pass along these various greetings to the Colossians? What is the purpose of including them in the letter?
